2. Internet Explorer 11 crashing on launch

I have a user running Windows 7 Pro. Currently, the OS is up so far, who as soon as they launch Internet Explorer 11, it crashes. I even have run IE in safe mode (no addons), which doesn’t resolve the difficulty. I even uninstalled the KB that’s IE 11 and reinstalled it via the offline installer, which doesn’t resolve the difficulty. I even have “disabled” IE 11 via Windows Features and re-enabled it, which doesn’t resolve the difficulty.
