Hawkeye’s clothing from Avengers: Age of Ultron is the newest MCU skin to be added to Marvel’s Avengers, and it’s direct from the big screen.
Hawkeye’s suit from 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe skin coming to Marvel’s Avengers. Crystal Dynamics’ multiplayer Marvel action game continues to add new playable heroes and new cosmetic skins based on their live-action appearances. Hawkeye was the second post-launch hero to Marvel’s Avengers, with Clint Barton’s protege Kate Bishop being the first.
Despite the game’s microtransactions and lack of important content, Crystal Dynamics has continued to promote Marvel’s Avengers with free patches and new premium cosmetics. Among other playable characters in the game, Kate Bishop, Hawkeye, and Black Panther have all been added for free. These characters also come with their story campaign, which adds to Marvel’s Avengers’ ever-expanding plot. Meanwhile, through the game’s Marketplace, cosmetic goods based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe and specific comic book storylines are routinely purchased. Spider-Man is coming to Marvel’s Avengers, but only for PlayStation versions of the game, and the wall-crawler will have his wardrobe of comic-inspired outfits.
Hawkeye will soon receive a new Marvel’s Avengers cosmetic that will dress the Avengers’ archer in his attire from the film Avengers: Age of Ultron, according to the Marvel’s Avengers Twitter account. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, actor Jeremy Renner plays the charismatic comic book hero, and the character was given a more authentic look in 2015’s Age of Ultron. Clint Barton’s regular color palette within the pages of Marvel is purple, as evidenced by the long-sleeved tactical gear. Like most of the MCU clothing in Marvel’s Avengers, the in-game replica is incredibly true to what fans saw on-screen in the film. This will be Hawkeye’s second MCU skin, following his Ronin costume from Avengers: Endgame, and it will be available on November 18 in the game’s Marketplace.

In the Marvel Avengers community, skins based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe have proven highly popular. After numerous fan requests, clothes based on the live-action versions of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes were eventually included in the game. Since then, the game’s collection of MCU skins has constantly grown, and their degree of detail and authenticity has made them extremely popular, even among the game’s detractors. Before Hawkeye’s Avengers: Age of Ultron skin, the most recent MCU addition was Iron Man’s suitcase armor from Iron Man 2. When the smart playboy was caught off guard by the supervillain Ivan Vanko, also known as Whiplash, the portable bare-bones battle armor was used in the 2010 picture.
Despite the negative press surrounding Marvel’s Avengers, the game’s Marvel Cinematic Universe outfits are consistently praised. Each costume is faithful to the numerous live-action designs, allowing players to fight waves of AIM robots while looking like they just strolled off the big screen. MCU skins like Hawkeye’s Avengers: Age of Ultron suit are a great approach to grab the interest of Marvel’s Avengers fans as Crystal Dynamics works to strengthen the game’s endgame content and rejuvenate its player base.
Marvel’s Avengers is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox One S, PC, and Google Stadia.
