    2. Select the file or folder you want to share by clicking the circle in the upper right corner of the item.

    3. Select Share from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
    4. Select Anyone having the link can make changes.
    5. Choose the options you desire, then hit Apply.
      • You will be taken back to the main Share box.
    6. Copy the link to your clipboard by selecting Copy Link.

Keep in mind that, depending on your options, anybody with access to your files and folders can do a wide range of activities.

If you allow recipients to edit the folder you’ve shared, they’ll be able to add, edit, and delete items. They will also be able to share the link with others, adjust permission settings, and so on.

You can also select an expiration date for the link, after which it will no longer work. Finally, you can specify a password so that when a user clicks on the link, they are required to provide a password before proceeding.
