Hello. I have a drag fixing my Orbi mesh network system. Firstly, I sleep in the united kingdom. I changed my internet provided from Sky to Virgin Media since Sky doesn’t support/allow integration of third-party products (in this case, my Orbi). I logged onto my Virgin Media Hub 3.0, switched it to modem mode, and this action reset my Hub 3.0. I connect my Orbi router to the Hub 3.0 via coaxial cable (yellow slot labeled “internet“), plugged within the power source for the Orbi, and reset the Hub 3.0 again. I ran the Orbi app’s setup process, scanned the Q.R. code on the rock bottom of the Orbi router, and fixed the mesh system. I’ve connected my satellite to my router (had a solid blue light), connected my Galaxy S10+ to the ORBI80 network, and continued with the setup. After a couple of minutes of trying to seek out an online connection, the setup stops and alerts me that there is no internet connection.
I’ve done the steps a few times but keep getting an equivalent result, so I disconnect the coaxial cable from the rear of the Orbi router, connect it directly into my laptop and reset the Hub 3.0 again. After the few minutes it takes else up, I ping Google, and everything is okay. I open up a browser and head over to Google, and it loads perfectly.
I’ve pulled up a video on my phone, followed the steps thereon video, but I keep getting stuck on an equivalent thing (no internet connection).
The only thing I feel it might be is outdated firmware?
. The Orbi router is displaying a “solid white” light on the highest ring.
. The Orbi satellite is “not” displaying any light in the least on the highest ring.
. Both the router and satellite have the green power light on.
. The Orbi satellite displayed a “solid blue” light for a moment or two once I paired it with the router.
. My Hub 3.0 is modem mode and is “not” displaying any network for my wireless devices.
. I even have “not” manually installed any firmware update (not too sure how).
. I even have factory reset both the Orbi router and satellite.
If anyone is in a position to assist me, that might be amazing! If any more information is required, please ask, and I’ll respond as soon as possible.

Hi, so I recently bought the orbit rbr20 to enhance signal over my house and spent HOURS… Totaling maybe eight all together, trying to urge it to figure.
I was convinced my I.S.P. was blocking it and needed a selected username and password for my PPPoE.
Turns out they do not use PPPoE.
I spent about 2 hours watching videos and browsing forums to no avail. I used to be preparing to require the P.O.S. thing back to the shop until I saw a post somewhere about VLAN tagging. This post was buried deep in Google.
You got to enter the Advanced settings on orbilogin.net, scroll right to rock bottom, and click on VLAN/Bridging. Enable VLAN tagging and BOOM!
