The Pokémon GO December Community Day will feature special Pokémon from past events such as Eevee and Gible to celebrate 2020 and 2021.
The forthcoming Pokémon GO December Community Day will feature the special event Pokémon from 2021 and 2020, including Eevee, Shinx, and Gible, as a commemoration of the previous two years. This news comes only days before Shinx Community Day, which will take place on November 21st. This Community Day honours Shinx’s appearance in the original Pokémon Diamond & Pearl games, recently remade as Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. Fans will be relieved to learn that this Pokémon is set to return the following month.
This year is the fifth anniversary of Pokémon GO, so 2021 has been jam-packed with community days and other special activities to mark the occasion. This final celebration should be a great way to distract gamers from their dissatisfaction about the mediocre visual appearance of Shadow Lugia in Pokémon GO, whose in-game image did not match its iconic original depiction in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
The final monthly Community Day of 2021, which will run two days, will contain several previously highlighted Pokémon from the past two years, as well as storage boosts and a special research tale, according to the official Pokémon GO Live site. Saturday, December 18th, and Sunday, December 19th, will be the December Pokémon GO Community Day dates. Pokémon like Gible, Roselia, and Machop will be more common on Saturday, while Pokémon like Eevee, Shinx, and Duskull will be more common on Sunday. This event will be ideal for anyone who missed a previous community day and wants a second chance at these unique Pokémon.
The December Pokémon GO Community Day also includes a long list of exclusive moves and the Pokémon that can learn them, special raids, eggs, and field research assignments that will earn mega energy for mega-evolution-capable Pokémon like Gengar, Charizard, and Beedrill. Furthermore, nearly all Pokémon displayed during this event will be shiny Pokémon, an uncommon and highly sought-after colour variation from the standard designs. Many people will see this as a second chance to strike it rich, while others will build on their earlier success.
With plenty of time until the final Pokémon GO Community Day in 2021, fans will have lots to look forward to in the meantime. The Ed Sheeran concert on November 22nd, the continuing Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl launch event, wrap out the Season of Mischief from November 26th to 29th, and the Pokémon GO Community Day with Shinx on November 21st are all events to look forward to. This event should be a fantastic way to cap off a fascinating two years for Pokémon GO lovers.
