Fix: Stuck at “Checking Network Requirements”

Windows users face this Checking network requirements issue when connecting to their wifi. This issue will usually happen to people that try to attach to a replacement network. For instance, whenever you’ll attempt to hook up with a replacement network, your computer is going to be stuck at the “checking network requirements” message. You won’t be ready to hook up with the wifi with this problem, albeit you were ready to connect other devices with this network. Since you won’t even get past the primary phase, the system won’t even ask you to enter the password. So you’ll just be cursed with a network that won’t allow you to connect.

The issue is due to the incompatible network drivers. that’s why the difficulty is common among new connectors because they need an incompatible driver. However, simply updating or uninstalling then reinstalling the network driver resolves the difficulty.

Since the difficulty is with the network drivers, attempt to update the drivers first, there’s a straightforward way of automatically checking for any updated version of the already installed driver. Here are the steps for automatically checking for brand spanking new network drivers

5. Win10 clients can’t hook up with some WiFi-Networks on UAP-AC-LR

I am having trouble with a network of UAPs. There are 4 UAP-AC-Lite currently working together without a drag. To enlarge the entire network, I bought three new UAP-AC-LRs to feature to the present network.

I updated the Controller to its latest software and updated all UAPs to their latest firmware. Currently, I’m having problems with all new (UAP-AC-LR) access points. I even have multiple Windows 10 Clients that can’t hook up with a number of the WiFi-Networks. But, funny enough, they will hook up with one among the three WiFis broadcasted.

I am broadcasting three networks, of which just one is functioning on these Windows 10 clients:

– Guest Network (WPA-PSK): Every client can connect easily.

– wifi (WPA-PSK): Only mobile devices can hook up with this network.

– wifi (WPAEAP, Radius Server): No connection possible. Win10 displaying “Checking network requirements…” for quite 1 minute, then “Can’t hook up with this network.”

All existing APs work just fine. The configuration for the new APs is strictly equivalent to the older UAPs.
