I get the Pink screen when trying to play a movie in Dolby Vision on the Apple 4K TV anyone getting this? The strange thing is that it only happens on 2 of my 100+ 4K HDR and DV movies. Unsure why this is often happening. It seems odd that it only happens in two films. Cloverfield & American Sniper 4K DV is that the issue on behalf of me getting Pink screen on playback, but all other 4K DV and HDR movies haven’t any issues in the least.
I tried different HDMI ports, and other cords, etc. seem random for just two movies.
TV is Showing a Pink/Purple Screen
Step 1: confirm each side of the HDMI cable is plugged in as firmly.
Step 2: Power-cycle the All-Digital unit by removing the facility cord from the company or the wall. Wait ten seconds, then reconnect the facility cord. NOTE: The All-Digital unit will power on automatically.
If the matter persists, there could also be something wrong with the HDMI cable. Please try a special HDMI cable. If the issue continues, please contact our 24/7 tech support team for assistance.
