  • Cybersecurity and Maintenance Needs: As cyber-threats increase in the market, businesses need professionals with IT background to manage updates and changes, security patching, and performance tuning.
  • Global Capability Centers (GCCs): Major global corporations are increasing their GCCs in different areas, which increases the need for software engineers and full stack developers.

The Role of GCCs in IT Hiring

The existence of GCCs especially in software and technology sectors will be instrumental in this hiring spree.”

Employer-Employee Fit

Comparing the list of the existing vacancies and the most popular jobs among candidates, the survey proved that the request corresponds to the offer. It also supports the  IT job demand in future, stressing the importance of the well-trained, versatile IT employee. Full stack developers and software engineers remain on the list of the most wanted positions because companies need individuals who are able to cover a wide range of tasks and have lots of valuable knowledge.

Expected Trends Regarding IT Workers

As the IT job demand in future continues to stay high, people in this line have a lot to look forward to in regards to their careers. Taking courses in such areas as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cyber security, Full Stack Development will improve employability even further.
